Long time back I had gone to KFC with my friends to enjoy a meal. We had ordered our stuff and as we all were very hungry we mentioned that we need it as fast as possible. But unfortunately, the delivered food that we received was not ordered by us but by someone else. It became too chaotic for the staff as well as for the employees of KFC to manage. At first we patiently waited for the confusion to get over but when we saw that what we ordered is not been delivered to us while the other customers were been given their deliveries then we went and complaint.
